Pablo was part of a consulting team that assisted the CEO at Apotekens Service AB to build up a new company that provided infrastructure services to the Swedish pharmacy market after liberalization. At start, only the board of directors was operative and the goal was to get everything ready in 5 months. Among other tasks Pablo was responsible for deciding on the overall organizational structure, recruiting people and describing the processes to follow.

TeliaSonera AB

Aponordic and Pablo have worked tightly with Telia to among other things improve delivery of B2B solutions, investment management control and customer order processes. The purpose of these projects was to build a World Class Customer Service for the client’s Business Customers. The aim was to keep and fulfil customer promises with the result of increased customer satisfaction. Pablo was responsible for defining processes and the internal roles and responsibilities for managing customer solutions end-to-end.
